The Challenge

As a large organization, Inova has the ongoing need to manage not only its core corporate web presence, but also the web presences of all its service lines and unique offerings. This means managing a number of individual websites, landing pages, and microsites for a myriad of divisions and departments, each with its own teams of physicians, nurses, and support staff. More importantly it also means different audiences, different calls to actions and different engagement funnels. Ensuring each gets the attention it deserves, and more importantly that it is able to generate a return on investment, is critical.
